All day long i get to fit cute girls into tight fitting jeans and skimpy tops. i work in a popular clothing store in a very rich part of california where the girls are hot hot hot. i love to watch an 18-21 year old hottie wiggle there butt into the perfect pair of jeans for me. anyone else love their job as much as me? what kind of work do you all do?
so, uh, what "clothing store" do you work at. edit: i like my job, its pretty damn simple and i get to work on computers.
hafley, you and your job seems a bit weird. some nights i love my job, other nights i just wanna quit in the middle of work. Just off and on. Some nights i really get the urge to just stab someone with my forklift blades.
My job gets boring sometimes, doing the same work over and over again (you wouldn't believe how many people get viruses and Spyware on a regular basis). And I do put up with quite a few assholes. Then, there are the days where things are great. Being a tech is a see-saw battle.
I think you have me beat. I work in computers, make good money, good benefits, lots of vacation time, etc. But I'd give it all up for those wiggling asses you described... =P~
I used to love my job, but now I'm busting my ass and dealing with a lot of bullshit. I'm gonna quit, but I'm using up a few of my vacation days first then I'll just chill and teach someone else my job for my last 2 weeks.
Damn you. . I don't have a full-time job yet. In the fall, I referee local football games, and in the summer, I work at a local farm. You can pick strawberries and blueberries and other stuff there. When I'm really desperate, I help my brother with his masonry. Reffing sucks, you basically just get paied for not killing the parents of the kids. I swear, I almost beat the crap out of some beer-bellied father. Working at the farm (Jones' Tree Farm) is fun and easy. Also, there is free food. . Masonry is a bitch, but it's fun as hell.
i don't like my job, i sit in a cubicle all day listening to bosses drone on about mission statements. i'm going to quit and get an apprenticship, or maybe i'll become a cable guy
So you watch girls change? I don't get it.. isn't that illegal? My job is alright sometimes. Most of the time, it sucks. Everyone drives a fucking 4X4. Grrrr.
I don't love my job, but I like (I voted love it cause it's the closest to like it). I get to know some fine girls (sometimes), and do stuff I like (like computer design and operate machines, even if they are copiers). However, I have to put up with stupid customers sometimes which really piss me off, and as most of the stuff I do is not actually in my job description, many times I have to help a customer (which it is in my job description) and drop whatver I was doing, which really piss me off, specially the times when they just can't read the fucking instructions!!
i could never work in clothing stores like that, they only hire the best looking people, also i think listening to teeny bopper music and selling hobo clothes all day would drive me out of my mind... I hate my job. im a consultative sales asocciate for sears (read little bitch of the ahrdware department) we are supposed to be on commision, selling tools. but instead, the managers have made the wise decision of makign the sales guys do all the work of the MCA's (guys who do stocking, and out of stocks things like that), the ISM (signing building displays) AND do all the cashier work too. its bullshit, i only make 3.50 an hour + commission, so if im off building a fucking display or seeing what is out of stock and dicking around in the supply room, i aint makin no cash.
its bullshit, i only make 3.50 an hour + commission, so if im off building a fucking display or seeing what is out of stock and dicking around in the supply room, i aint makin no cash. the only time i would work on commission is during the holidays. 1 TV sold, and your set for the week. i think you need to get out of retail.
3.50 plus commission, i rock so it comes out to be about 9 dollars an hr (whic is nice because when im not soin shit work all I ever do is say, "hey you need help?, get that one its the ebst for the money. and get teh insurance its worth it, if it breaks in three years, you get a new one" so its not too bad (well the sales part)
you need a "I dont mind my job" choice. Cause I dont really love my job, but I dont hate it either. The people I work with are cool so that makes it a lot better.
My job at the bar is so cool, all of the people there are fun people and there are a lot of hot chicks i work with and hot customers. My other job that i just got (delivering pizzas) is iffy, it feels like the people im working with now are more stuck up. Like yesterday i worked at the bar from 9-3, then i went home passed out for an hour and went to the pizza place i walked in and my hoodie was up because its freezing cold outside and i was tired. then this bar tender started bitching at me about having my hoodie up inside, i put it down because i didn't feel like hearing some one bitch at me. then i felt like pissing him off and said i have sun glasses in my car and i could wear them too, their prescription so if i wear them inside im not taking them off.
wait so the place u deliver pizzas is for is also a bar? but not the bar you bartend at, right? they sound liek bitches
I don't really *mind* my job, but in no means do I love it. It's boring, btI get paid $7/hour to sit in the breakroom and talk to other people there. Occasionaly leaving and going to build a display of Tide or something. And wtf, you get to *watch* girls change? Isn't that somewhat illegal? I can see helping them find the clothes, but watching them actually put them on?
first job is at the family business, i do fucking everything, i dont mind it though, most of the people who work there are hella cool (a number of them im good friends with too). its alright, the people are cool, the job is alright someone, but the managers are dicks (especially my dad). i only work there during the holidays though. its fun coming in as a fucking temporary manager when its all people you dont know :? second job is at a car stereo shop. i love it. work on cars and shit all day, even the crap jobs i dont mind, its still fun. get to see all sorts of equipment and install it, see all sorts of setups and build em, and all sorts of cool cars. this one kid came in a few months ago, has brought in 6 of his cars for systems. they have about 20 more. they own some big ass companies. we get to do a full install on a pair of diablos and the guys i work with are funny as hell. bunch of kooky mexicans for the most part. oh and it pays cash + employee discount. i also do a number of installs on the side by buying equipment thru the shop. my manager knows, he doesnt care though. so i guess thats more or less a 4th job? third job im doing computer repair on the side still. i wont build anymore since im leaving for college in less than 6 months. but i only work for a lot of money and easy stuff (and old clients) because its fucking boring even though its easy money.
i like my job. i'm an assisstant in a microbiology lab in the heath sciences part of the university of washington.
I'm with the others that need a 'don't mind my job' option. I said I love my job because I like it more than hate it. After all the ass aches and hassles, I enjoy seeing a project come to fruition and to know that I did it with my own two hands. Working on a new home up in the woods, love it up there.
