and...looked at from the wrong angle: pretty badass stuff. his names Julian Beever. more here http://users.skynet.be/J.Beever/pave.htm
I got a great Jackass or other similar stunt idea. Someone needs to find out when he's doing one of these, wait until he's nearly done, and then walk up and piss all over it! And then run away...
wow, all of these are really incredible. I can't believe how long he had to paint that leg to get it to look right. I wonder how many times he has to get up from painting and go back to the one angle that makes it look normal to see what he has to paint next...
These do remind of these painting inside some office where when ou reached certain points in the halls you would see false doors or the hallway would look to go longeer but it ends right there. I dont remeber where i saw the pictures but it was damn trippy.
My dad e-mailed me some of this guy's stuff last year. This artist is totally awesome!! I love the Batman/Robin one, it's newer than the last ones I've seen. What a vision to be able to come up with that stuff.
He does a complete drawing before he puts it down on the sidewalk. Its called forced perspective and you can only really see it that way through a camera...so he usually has a camera setup on site so people can see what the hell he's doing.
