That looks like a fun little car, Dan. Sweet color anyway.

Some old person slammed into me at the beginning of February. I wasn't hurt and I was cleared of any wrongdoing, but they totaled my '98 Civic. It had just under 140k miles too. :(

So I used the insurance payout on that ($3500) as a downpayment on...

A 2006 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited with all sorts of awesome doodads that I never thought I'd have. Only 69k miles too; one owner. Still miss the Civic, and it sucks that I have to pay $200 a month, but it's been a beast through all the crazy snowstorms we've had.

We're doing okay, mostly because every major snowstorm has been followed by a sunny day. The hits just kept on coming though. I've had some harrowing drives in the past few months and they're running out of places to put the snow, but it seems like the worst is behind us.

They're looking at some serious road repair projects for this spring/summer. Pretty much every New England road is now a pot hole nightmare.

This is what our driveway looks like now:

But this picture from the Connecticut Post is pretty accurate too. Oh, and all of that is just a fraction of what Boston saw.

Oooo! I almost (almost) hate to tell you that it's currently 72 here. It's been over 70 for the last couple days and will stay that way for a couple more.
I just got finished plowing the garden. :p
We get to pay the price in a couple of months when water needs to be rationed though.
