The song "Time keeps on slippin, slippin', slippin', into the future" becomes ever more depressing to me with every passing year, I tell you! Nothing says it's christmas quite like three consecutive tornado sirens while running sound in the theater. I guess the summer/winter weather feels like it has to be as violently polarized as the political climate, with the gulf stream bashing it out with the arctic flow over the US...
it's a 25 kt wind from the south for two days, then a 25 kt. wind from the north for the next two. We have four xmas inflatables in the front yard; I had to de-activate them a few times the last week or so. Considering donating to the Kentucky relief fund for Christmas.
I'm still waiting for the first seasonal rain here in the Middle East, either way leaving soon to spend some R&R in the states.
Hmmm. Waiting for seasonal rains in the Middle East, where they don't celebrate Christmas... You must be living in "Bah-Rain" HAHAHAHAHAHaHaHaHahahahahahah hah. Sorry. I attempted humor again. I must learn to stay in my lane...
This was the first white Christmas I've seen since 1984. Time for me, is more like Pink Floyd's 'Time' than Steve Miller's time.
This year is rapidly approaching it's end. Let us celebrate the coming baby new year, Twenty- Tutu!!! I got in a bike ride on Christmas day, at least, going to a cousin's house, where I ended up helping assemble a "Unicorn Roller-coaster" and set up a g-scale train in the basement (which turned into a 3 hour pain in the patootie, tying all the loose sections of track together.) I spent 28 bucks on a new bike headlight, so now I can properly blind oncoming traffic with my high beam!
