Haha I'm determined to figure out how to finish the first level of Zool
I downloaded SMS and it came with over 100 games and one of them was Zool. I'm not sure if it's for the Master System or for a different Sega console
Has anyone ever played this game?
I'm on a plat form and have to get up to this other platform and there aren't any hidden springs around and really no way of jumping that high...is there some kind of crazy super jump power I don't know about??? |  | Which console? | |

well I've been without a gaming console for a couple of years. The last one I had was a Playstation 2. Since I will be on my own soon, I thought I'd invest in one so I have something else to do.
I guess what really matters is the games. But these days, the consoles do so much more. The Nintendo Wii looks nifty with it's interesting controller interface but is there really any MUST HAVE games on there? The Wii is probably the most inexpensive of the bunch I'd assume.
Then there is the Playstation. It is the most expensive. I understand it has blu ray so it's actually a good value but I don't care about blue ray. It would be nice but I wouldn't pay extra for it. I've always enjoyed the games on the Playstation series. Has the trend continued on the Playstation 3? It also has backwards compatibility with PS1/PS2 right?
Last, that leave the XBox 360. I've never owned an Xbox before. The price seems pretty good. How are the games? From what I've seen, they look pretty good. I especially like how it can stream music/video from a PC. Right now, I use a 3rd computer hooked up to my TV for that. Be nice to just retire that PC and stream it from my main PC. Is the Xbox 360 backwards compatible with XBox games? That would be pretty cool if it could as I didn't get to experience the original Xbox experience. I guess I'm a tad bit confused about the different versions of the XBox 360. Are there some versions that I should stay away from because of problems?
I haven't researched a whole lot but I'm leaning towards the Xbox 360 as it seems the best value for me. any thoughts?  | | Windows 2000 Gaming Review(question) |

Hey guys, i was reading your review of windows2000 and gaming, etc. I have been using windows98se for years, my computer shipped with it. Been gaming just fine, almost perfectly. Now around march 2008 i bought Xp home Edition for 100 dollars( yea kinda dumb when its discontinued  ) and everything work just fine, from music, internet , speed, etc ) XP home edition is a much better OS in terms of being stable, i mean if a program or game crash, i don't have to hit shut down or restart my computer, so XP is pretty good.
Now here comes the bad part, my System Specs are in my Sig:
My system works just fine with Windows98SE. However using XP is a different story, everything work just fine but games. My computer specs was holding me back in gaming. Now with old games, well XP is a crap OS when it comes to old games, i manage to play some new games just fine tho. Like Jericho i got between 20-25fps at 1024x768 shader and texture on highest. Or timeshift at 1024x768 at 20-40. I even played Crysis when i had my 8400GS 512MB PCI card at 1280x1024 low to medium AAX2 and got 20-30fps at times.
Nevertheless i notice something was holding me back with performance and my computer just couldn't handle XP as for games are concern, but as i said before another issue is with older games, using windows98se they work perfectly, but on XP , they do not.
So i was thinking about trying out Windows2000, so my only question is the system just as demanding like XP?
When i say demanding, here are 2 examples: QUAKE 4 WINXP/6200 Or 2400HD / any settings = 8-15fps QUAKE 4 WIN98SE/6200/AAX2 1280X1024 Very High Settings = 30-75fps PREY WINXP/6200/2400HD / Any settings = 14-25fps PREY WIN98SE/6200/ MAX OUT WITH AAX2 = 30-67fps FAR CRY/XP/6200/HD2400 any settings = 10-25fps FAR CRY/WIN98SE/6200/ AAX2, High to Ultra 1280x1024 = 35-100fps
Every game that i have played and tested out on XP, which work like crap , plays almost perfectly on windows98se. So i am curious , is windows 2000 home professional just as demanding as XP? Oh and btw, i am buying a secondary computer soon for the newer games, so no worries, i was just wondering about testing out 2000, but most likely i will keep my wonderful windows98se for my older games and some new ones. | | Back up solution for Windows | |

Is there any freeware program out there that will back up My Documents folder on a continuous basis? So if I add music, or change a file it will see that and do the backup? | | Left 4 Dead |

Is anyone playing this? I just completed a campaign with a few others from another message board tonight and holy shit was it epic. I wish we had managed to complete it on epic, but we eventually had to bump it down a bit

With a 17 hp bump in power and the removal of 50 lbs of weight, Lotus has once again improved upon the Exige. It’s actually hard to believe this car can get any better.
The new model will weigh just 2,020 lbs thanks to the extensive use of carbon fiber parts, including carbon for the front splitter, roof panel, rear engine cover, front access panels, side air intake ducts, rear spoiler, sill covers and even the top of the dash.
Lotus didn’t stop there, however, switching out many other parts on the car for lighter versions. These include a lightweight “motorsports” battery, lighter 12-spoke forged alloy wheels, a revised rear engine subframe, a lightweight flywheel, alloy piping for the supercharger and intercooler and a composite bulkhead panel that replaces the rear window.
The removal of weight will be even more noticeable with the addition of 17 more horsepower, which brings the total to 257 (260 PS). All 257 hp are available at a loft 8000 rpm and torque of 174 ft-lbs comes on at 6000 rpm.
As expected the price has also increased, to $74, 995, but it’s a small price to pay for a machine that is this capable.
