Conclusion

It may seem that we've done nothing but praise Amanda nonetheless in all honesty she strongly deserves it. What other quiet cooler can keep a CPU like a hot Pentium D/Pentium Extreme Edition 965 producing 150W or more of heat at such low temperatures, even when overclocked? Of course there are capable water cooling setups nevertheless such high end solutions do not come cheap and also carry the risk of water leakage not to mention sometimes awkward installation. Amanda delivers impressive cooling when paired with current hot CPU's and quite frankly makes a Prescott loose the Presshot idiom it's been given by a select genre of users. It also seems like a perfect companion to Intel's Core 2 Duo processors which will most definitely prove popular amongst you overclockers. With a usual price tag of around $100 it's somewhat difficult to fault except for the 5A power usage, which at 12V translates into around 60W. The latter is something you'll need to contemplate and weigh your options since as the saying goes, there's nothing like a free lunch in this world. While on the note of power usage, one should remember this is the maximum power usage, if the CPU is idle/cool for example, the PCI card controller will lower this to either 2.5/0Amps. Of course you'll be kept waiting having to do a somewhat lengthy installation before use but the results speaks for themselves. Overall, Amanda is quite literally love at first sight and given her performance and delight for your ears, we think you'll confirm this with joy. A very good job to Titan.
