It's my day off and I just slept from 8 am to 6 pm! I'm officially on a graveyard schedule which means going to the bar in a few hours will occur at 10ish in the morning for my body, hooray!

I'm certainly intrigued, however not too sure about the total amount of sleep time being reduced. I've noticed that I'm able to function on a lot less sleep than I used to be able to but it's still in the 6-6.5 hour range (well except for the 9 that I ended up sleeping today).
So did 4.5 hours this morning, planning on a 90 minute nap between shifts, we'll see how tonight goes.
