You should have sprint premiere status, which means you can upgrade after one year to a new phone at the price new customers pay by signing up for another 2yr contract.

VVV login to your sprint account and on the first page it takes you after loging in under:

    Account alerts:

If you see that shit you are premiere and starting june 6th you can upgrade to any phone with either $150 off the retail price or the price that is offered to new customers with a 2yr contract.

You should be able to login with chat customer service and ask them. As long as your in good standing (never missed a payment, paid on tmie) and like Ali said been with them for a year then your probably good to go

We've been with Sprint ever since my family's had mobiles, so 2003.. I'm going over to my folks place tonight, so I'll see if I can get 'em to login and check, as I don't have the user name crap.

What I ment by that is Sprint has the cheapest plans when compared to ATT and Verizon, the other 2 large carriers. I Have sprint too so no disrespect or anything...

I just replaced my shitty HTC Fuze with a Blackberry Bold 9700. It's hard getting used to no touch screen but so far I like it.

I know it's not exactly revolutionary anymore, but I've been using Orb to stream my music collection to the Samsung Moment. It's nice to have a backup in case I forget my iPod. Yay for Sprint and their affordability! ;)

    wow, i remember orb.
that was the shit back in the day... i was streaming music from home to my cellphone, using my cellphone as an mp3 player in the car... it was a novelty show-off more than anything as it was clunky to use
would be nice if there was an android app.

It's still usable. I checked the Android Market, and there are a few Orb apps, but... they're not highly rated. I'll stick to the browser app for the time being.

Now all I need is to get some VPN action. I plan on keeping this phone as long as I can. I spent $80 on it, damn it!

I have a BB for work, and my parents pay for my cell right now so i'm keeping costs down.

But, when it comes time to upgrade my work phone i'll probably throw down for a better version.
