You should be able to login with chat customer service and ask them. As long as your in good standing (never missed a payment, paid on tmie) and like Ali said been with them for a year then your probably good to go

I just replaced my shitty HTC Fuze with a Blackberry Bold 9700. It's hard getting used to no touch screen but so far I like it.
I know it's not exactly revolutionary anymore, but I've been using Orb to stream my music collection to the Samsung Moment. It's nice to have a backup in case I forget my iPod. Yay for Sprint and their affordability!

I recently updated the ORB server software and now it doesn't work Before that I was streaming live tv to my iphone
orb rocks. it's too bad orb doesn't work properly with android...yet anyways. i really don't know what the holdup is for a nice orb android app that works.
wow, i remember orb. that was the shit back in the day... i was streaming music from home to my cellphone, using my cellphone as an mp3 player in the car... it was a novelty show-off more than anything as it was clunky to use would be nice if there was an android app.
It's still usable. I checked the Android Market, and there are a few Orb apps, but... they're not highly rated. I'll stick to the browser app for the time being. Now all I need is to get some VPN action. I plan on keeping this phone as long as I can. I spent $80 on it, damn it!

work just got me a bb bold 9700. The keyboard being angled is stupid, its alright besides that. the first 2 days I dicked around a bunch with youtube and stuff because it was cool to do that on a phone, now its back to phone calls and email...
I have a BB for work, and my parents pay for my cell right now so i'm keeping costs down. But, when it comes time to upgrade my work phone i'll probably throw down for a better version.
Updated the OS on my Droid to 2.1...its running even better and the extras are very nice too; -) ...debating if I should overclock to 1k
