Answers like that are why some people get irate while trying to have a discussion/civil argument. You make yourself look juvenile, ignorant, jaded and, completely close minded ...........like the conservatives you make fun of. Your sig "Religion is Poison" is sad enough.
I think you missed that he posted that in response to MSP's comment: I won't comment on which was worse, except that freeridemusik's sure looked like sarcasm. BTW... It's a quote from a movie.
Oh dangit, did I forget to use the black print for this part: " (speaking soley on politics)". I would never want to leave the USA any more than i'd want to see it fall from abusive government. I'm seeing some crap i don't like . And..............the political games remind me of high school cafeteria politics. That is what i feel shame over. Those dudes and dudettes are supposed to be adults. They seriously embarrace this nation.
Sorry, thats what I get for trying to make a quick post while on lunch In my opinion, in both instances that I mentioned I consider neither one a patriot. If you care about this country you would try to fix it in anyway you can instead of leaving and running off to some place else. If you really were a patriot you wouldn't let government wipe their ass with the constitution.
totally QFFT! But beware, if you do try to take part in a sollution, rather than the problem, you will be labeled one or more of the following: *conspiracy theorist *enemy of the state *subversive *paranoid (tinfoil) *unpatriotic *terrorist *nut job *grumpy *psycho *stupid This list can go on ad-infinitum. Our main politicians are lawyers. What's the best tool a lawyer has? The ability to discredit evidence and witnesses and create "smokescrenes" so that the right hand won't know what the left hand is doing. Just watch the political wrangling going on in this campaign and you'll see an MO (Modus operandi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) that gets the top-dawg politicians where they are. If I was wiping my ass in any other country instead of this one, it's be laughable as it is in China (as Dr.Breen says: "our benefactors"). For Chinese, U.S. election is 'entertaining' - World Blog - msnbc.com
What can I say? Living and thinking "outside the box" affords a person a different perspective. It also opens up an avenue to see the true pettiness of it all and the futility of where everything is headed. That dawg keeps chasing it's tail in the belief that one day it'll catch it..............if he only goes a little faster, just one more time YouTube - Dog Chasing Tail while other Dog Watches
What do you feel is futile about living inside the system? The search for true happiness? I'm not defending it, I'm just asking.
whiskas is so far outside the box, there is no box! put that in your pipe and smoke it life and living really is a petty ass drama party, seriously. but unfortunately we are born into it, most of us cant escape it, so were only delt the cards given and make due the best we can.
Quick! new animated show! "Queen of the Hill!" I must sadmit, I almost fall for the VPILF! She is one hot potato! getting outside the box: "first, you cut a hole in a box...." :-D I got a good taste of being outside and looking back in the box when i found out the life our explorer forefathers lived. It's indiscribable. There was no pretense, no ego, no trying to measure up. You just did what you had to do and at the end of the day, listen to the night critters and drink herb tea you picked and processed yourself. I haven't slept that good since. In the absense of "words" I learned to go on what I saw. With politics, I hear words that are carefully chosen in an attempt to dupe votes. The actions have always fallen short (by a huge degree) of the words spouted. when mankind finally creates his own extinction, all that wilderness will go on as it has for billions of years.
