I'll believe that when I see it. When you factor in the need for, not just adequate, but huge profits, your theory will get blown away. I've watched the degradation of the private sector go from "me first" to "take the money and run".
It makes me like Biden a little more. Anyway, as for these court cases.. don't they realize they're just wasting money?
He's a riot. I know he's a politician and probably not to be trusted, but that sort of thing makes him seem a little more human. EDIT: ^^^ Might end up being a waste, but the court money seemed to work out pretty well for them in 2000. Nothing would surprise me at this point.
I just think it's a bit superfluous, and I'm going to recommend that they fill out the attached form..
You do remember the court incident in 2000 right? Where they basically stole the presidency via the Supreme Court? I'm telling ya, in this crazy world anything is possible.
My states attorney general Ken Cuccinelli is suing and there have been a lot of lawyers coming out of the works saying that it's all politics.

I'll bet every AG filing court actions, are repubs in repub states and are up for re-election. politics as usual on the taxpayer dollar. How many teachers will be let go with thwe expendature of those funds?
Holy shit!! Have you guys heard the voice mail Stupak has received? Rachael Maddow played some of them on her show. Stay classy America!
There have also been attacks on Democrats offices and homes. Tea Party folks posted an address supposedly of Rep. Tom Perriello (D-VA), which wasn't correct (it was his brother's address), and someone cut gas line of their propane tank. The level of conservative tactics for whipping up irrational anger is nothing less than incitement to riot.
For your reading and listening pleasure. Doesn't it make you proud to be American? http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20001091-503544.html
Whoops! They're going to have to vote on it again. Man, this is going to be an ugly year politically.. http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/03/25/health.care.main/index.html?hpt=T1
Its not the whole bill, just those two provisions, one being the student loan thing. The actual health care bill is law now, so eh, the GOP is being a big loser.
Really? Really now? The student loan thing should be the least controversial part of the bill. I understand the GOP has a hard on for privatizing our government but when it actually makes things more expensive it's kind of counter-intuitive.
That shouldn't faze the Republicans. The largest deficits we've ever run up, have all been under Republican control. Saving money has never been their priority, no matter what ideas they give lip-service to. Incendiary link. audio interview portion will be up later tonight, evidently.
Loons are on both sides. Schmidt isn't likable but I didn't see this coming. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20100325/NEWS0108/3260334/Schmidt got threatening call
Fucking idiots! Wouldn't it be funny though if they found the guy and he turned out to be some hard core republican who was just trying to make the democrat supporters look bad. Is that what I think? no but it would be funny.
That would be pretty funny. I just heard the recording on the news and it's definitely one pissed off black dude.
