I've been OBSESSED with crocheting lately. Here's what I've done so far: I also made my nephew's Halloween costume (a monkey) but I forgot to take a picture of it while I still had it, so I'll take a picture of it on Saturday.
If you can make one like an elebit, (preferably the right one, but it has horns) I'll pay you. My girlfriend loves Elebits for Wii. it'd be a kick-ass surprise for Christmas.
I'll see what I can do. I need to find some yarn that color. That is quite possibly the cutest game I've ever seen besides Katamari. Can you get that on Xbox 360?
Yeah, those are really cool. You could easily make some money doing that, especially around the holidays.
I am soon. I'm trying to accumulate more stuff first. I have a problem with giving shit away D: But the next few things I make (save for the one I'll make for Bear and the one I'll probably make for Secret Santa) are gonna be for the shop and stuff like that. I ain't made of money so no more free shit. (It's an expensive habit after awhile)
Haha I am. D: I also can't sit still if I don't have something to do with my hands. "Idle hands are devil's handiwork" LMAO. But at least I never have to buy anyone presents. I can just make them shit. Seriously I have a back order on what I'm supposed to be making people, including Will's blanket. That bunny is something I promised my mom like 4months ago and I finally cranked it out in like 2 days. It also KILLS my hands because I have carpal tunnel.
you are depriving the world of your handiworks every time you procrastinate selling your wares woman!
Awwww those are soooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good job Crowebaby! +1 on the home business
it's not giving it is selling, and yes you should open an etsy account or what ever it is called check out what other sellers are charging for the same type of products, do some research
Thanks! You just gave me an idea for my mother in law how likes to make knitted ski caps. What are they stuffed with? cotton balls?
OO! when did you learn to do stuff like that? Pretty much the only thing i can crochet is square stuff, like scarves or blankets -_- I'd buy one =]
What I meant is that I make stuff and then just give it away, I'm not a very good business woman haha. But I have been doing research on it for a long time so it's just a matter of doing it. I want to have my own money and I'm not getting paid to fill out applications so I think that is what is propelling me to do it. LOVE pin-up girls or anything to do with the 30s 40s and 50s I stuff them with pillow batting. You can get it in the fabric section of Walmart for like $2 - 3. 1 bag usually lasts me 5-7 characters, depending on the size. Also, tell your mother in law to look up "Free Knitting Amigurumi Patterns". They have patterns for a lot of shit for knitting. The ones I do are Crochet though. My mom taught me to crochet when I was 5, and all I ever did up until a year ago was crochet blankets, then I sort of got even more interested in it and taught myself (along with lots of reading). I'm still learning a lot of techniques. YouTube has some pretty helpful videos and try this website: http://www.Crochetville.com they have EVERYTHING you need to know on there.:-D
let me know if your going to make and sell some for the holidays...and the characters i can choose from. i will most likely take two... great job
Will do. If you want any specialty characters, let me know like now in a PM and give me a picture or a name to look up. I've been trying to figure out a way to make a T3D one to give to Dan to sell maybe. Idk yet. Thanks btw to everyone who likes them
4th times a charm. Haha I think I might redo the eyes but here is what I have. I'm pretty proud for not having a pattern or anything. It's about a foot and some change tall. I can guarantee it's one of a kind. e: 86, I didnt forget about you. Your next and I have a list for you. I'll PM you when find it
