    The legal system makes it very easy and tempting for any female to use it to exact revenge.
    Not just sexual assault, but any assault allegations and then there's the paternity test thing.
    Women know this.

    I agree the colleges are over correcting and the standard they use for expelling a student is unfair. I believe this is a matter that should be handled in the courts and the colleges are using an inappropriate level of judicial findings in these cases. A preponderance of the evidence is not appropriate when determining to end a person's career.

    In the military a person can be dismissed by a preponderance of evidence by non-judicial punishment (Captain's Mast). The member can request that they be court martialed unless they're stationed aboard a ship (that's a whole different game).
