    This I will vouch for. A night of 5-6 hours sleep is a good night's sleep in most cases. That's why it's a real treat to get 8 hours. Stack enough all-nighters together and it does lead to lots of health and mental problems. I used to pay good money to gert those kinds of halucinations and brain-highs :wink:.

    I just got to Bangkok from Krabi, via overnight bus. I got maybe 4 hours of very uncomfortable sleep? Got in to town at 5:15am and am meeting a friend here in Bangkok around 2am I think so long day ahead of me!
