So I went to see it this afternoon. Total geekout! I recomment to see it.

Feels strange to see the clueless skinny dude anime-punching the badass x's, but it's a ton of fun.

He still be a clueless skinny dude and do that. :) Works perfectly in the anime universe.

Well, I don't care about the hype. It's just a movie with a lot of video games/comics references, a total geek out. If you're not in that kind of pop culture thingie, it's normal if you don't get it.

I didn't hear hype n wasn't sure about how it was going to be, but i enjoyed it all the way thru. I liked the effects a lot =]

I'm really not sure about how the movie looks to unbiased eyes. I still think it'll be fun to watch anyway, there's enough action.

i've read the comic and the movie just doesn't look like it will stack up. i'll probably wait until it's at the 3 dollar theatre.

Reading the comics now (on issue 3) and seeing it at the cinema on the 27th. Cannot wait! The only hype I've seen surrounding this film is the hype I've been creating. No adverts on TV yet, no posters, nothing on buses, nada. Surprising seeing as it's by the same dude who did Shaun of the Dead and that was maaaaasive over here.
