Anyone have a Gamecube that they would like to trade for a PS2? Mine is in fine condition with no problems. Have 2 controllers (with extensions) and 2 memory cards. Reason I want to trade is that since my PS2 games were all stolen, I don't want to rebuy them all over again. I'm tired of PS2 anyways. I used to have a Gamecube and I think it's better for my and my g/f to play together. I actually have 2 games left: Ratchet Deadlocked and Ratchet & Clank Up Your Arsenal.

someone broke into my house a while last Christmas and took my PS2 games, my Dreamcast games (priceless for these...i had over a 100 games...), external DVD burner I was borrowing from a friend, DVD player, most of the Christmas presents, and probably some other stuff I can't remember. We know who it was, it was my g/f's psychotic ex husband. We've move so he didn't know where we were but we can't afford to.

anywho, my PS2 has just been sitting as I have no use for it without games and don't have the money nor do I want to spend the money anyways on re-buying all the games I had. My g/f would enjoy a Nintendo product better anyways.

I believe I found a guy locally though. He is also just going to give me all his Gamecube games so it works out nicely. I hope it doesn't fall through.

So why didn't you call the police? Anybody who breaks into my house is going to pay big, particularly if I'm home...

If you can't find anybody for the trade, I suggest EbGames / Gamestop as a last resort.

Besides, if you can afford a little extra, you might prefer a Wii! it would play all the GC games.

Ya I can't afford ANY extra. I found a guy locally that traded with me. He had a couple games too so it worked out nicely. Maybe in the future for Christmas or something, someone will get me a Nintendo Wii. Who knows.

Oh well, we can close this thread now.
