I don't think it is, considering it would take a minimum of 7 months to get your money back and you would have to remember to send the rebate in in 5-6 months.

Save yourself the hassle and purchase it direct for $50 cheaper with no rebates.



If anyone does go with this deal you had better make sure you pick a rate plan that will work for you, any changes and your rebate is invalid.

I don't know what is so hard about sending in a rebate form, I do it all the time. Also the length of service doesn't really matter. I have been with Cingular for 3 years now so I am not likely to change anytime in the near future.

Sending in the rebate isn't hard, it's remembering to do it in the time specified is the hard part.

If you are currently with cingular then how are you getting this deal since it says it's for new activations only?

My wife is with Tmobile. She is switching to Cingular.

Oh my god everyones so worried about thier roll over mins on that forum...

Seriously. They have like 4000 unused roll over minutes they'd hate to lose... But are they ever going to use them?

Like alot of things carriers sell, rollover is a gimmick. A small percentage of people do benifit from them just like a small percentage of people benifit from unlimited N/W.
