Not really sure. I know the two cards are pretty close in performance. It's a good card for light gaming (quake 3, warcraft 3, The Sims 2, battlefield 1942, world of warcraft @ 1024x768 or 1280x1024)

Awww, i could really use this right now. My intel stock cooler finally gave its life after 3 years, so i bought a replacement cpu cooler (scythe mugen/infinity, huge heatsink, but very good!).

somehow in taking out the motherboard to mount my new cooler, i broke my videocard (ati radeon 9800 pro 128mb. not a very great card, but it did the job). my motherboard only has an AGP and 5 standard PCI slots, so i need to get a replacement which still uses the AGP slot.

i was just googling for nvidia card benchmarks when i came across this topic.
this world should have more people like you :O
i wish i lived in the USA right now . i would be glad to pay for the shipping costs, but i don't have any digital money to pay on teh internetz.
So yeah, i probably shouldn't bother to post my specs (though they exceed your min. by far)

(if anyone can recommend me a great nvidia card in the medium price range, u can always pm me! :O)
