| Indigenous Nudist | And dont give me that bullshit "I dont need one because im smart" or some stupid shit like that. lol Its about time to try out a new AV. Kaspersky is what ive been using for years but its just sooo slow when it comes to scanning archives and bin/cue files for some reason. Im testing fre AVG, but the look of the UI is not appealing and makes me think its not very professional.. The scanning is fast, leaves about 4 processes in the background and its free. I hear alot of complaints that it doesnt have a high detection rate compared to mcafee or kaspersky... So post up what you use and rely on to scan those questionable "files" |

| Paw? | Don't use one. If I did though, it would be Norton Antivirus Corp. Edition. That's what I used before. It's simple, efficient and leaves out fluff and unnecessary features. Good stuff. Small 'download' too. |

| Tweak Minion | don't use one, haven't for a long time and i don't really have problems f-secure is good i wouldn't go norton, norton is terrible mcaffee i haven't really tried i used AVG in the past, it seemed good but i agree with torx with how it *seems* unprofessional because of the UI |

| Indigenous Nudist | yea i thinking about goign naked too.. but theres always that zip file i download from a newsgroup or somewhere that i have to scan before using the contents. Thats what i liked about kaspersky. you can just turn it on whenever you want and shut it off whenever you want without the bloat and processes running in the background 24/7 i like symantec corp because its fast and efficient. but leaved too many processes running in the background even when not in use. |
