wide screen to full screen??

Well basically I do not have a Wide Screen Display and I am totally sick of every download I get being in Wide Screen format....Is there any way I can convert the Widescreen to Fullscreen before burnning?

If you just want to view them in a different aspect ratio on your PC you can do that in VLC. Its not a permanent change though. Why on earth would you want that?

Word. How about a widescreen LCD? Personally the black bars don't bother me.

They bother the shit out of me...It's like how f*ckin wide do you need it. I watch stuff on a 16:9 display and still see those gay ass black bars sometimes. I swear movie producers hold a piece of floss up to the movie and if the movie is taller then the floss they will make it shorter. It bugs me so freakin much that it just seems things keep getting wider and wider ( thinner and thinner in reality) and pretty soon all I am gonna be able to see on the screen is a No. 2 Pencil.
