| Junior Member | My network domain at my house using server 2008, the portalexact.com. I also have a web page Home. (I do not host this web page on my servers.) When I am on my network, and try to go to Home I get an error saying the web page does not exist. When I am outside of my network, I get to the web page with no errors. I did a test to see if I could ping Home. When I was outside of the network, I was not able to ping. When I am in the network, i am able to ping. I am now thinking it might be an issue with the DNS server resolving an IP address for portalexact.com since it is my domain name, but should that matter? Is there a way around this? Thanks. |
