When i try to play videos, the video comes out looking funny its like the brightness for the video is to high. I tried to take a SC from VLC, but i couldn't figure out how to do it. I have no idea what is causing this, i installed the K-Lite Mega Codec pack, ffdshow sse2 build, and Xvid 1.0.3 and no matter what video it is it comes out funky. i just formatted and i have no idea whats wrong.

Driving the bus to hell since 1984.

If it's an nvidia card, trying going to Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > "Your card" tab > Color Correction > Color Profile to ADVANCED MODE

yay for reading the release notes. It is actually a open issue with my video card and these drivers, the solution was simple. I just had to apply default color settings to everyhting and that fixed it
