Drivers up to date? Is the card overheating perhaps? What kind of video card is it?

My leadtech did that....turned out the program that came with it (winfox) was fucked up and kept dropping my core and mem clocks to hardly anything. I uninstalled that POS program and all's well at mistawiskas's house.

I would venture to say that your psu may be suspect, either directly or indirectly. can you try that card out in another machine?
