[Art Of Betrayal]

So i installed my trendnet wireless N router today and it works for the wireless but when i plugged my desktop into it it says connected but i can't go online. I tried unplugging it from the computer turning everything off plugging it all in then turning it on that didn't work. Any Ideas?

Try start, run, and type cmd

type ipconfig /all

Post the results...I can't think of any other reason unless the dns is goofed up (well assuming that you're getting an IP)

i switched my firewalls off i changed the ports i have no idea why it wont work
the only thing i can think of is if the log that i put on here took the wireless log i disabled it and enabled the lan line that wouldn't work before i did the ipconfig

.107 is an odd IP if you have just two computers. Can you check the ipconfig of your laptop and see if it differs?
