Recommendations on a good flash downloader?

Can anyone recommend a good Flash downloader? For youtube and other flash-embedded sites.

A flash downloader is an application that will allow you to download and keep Flash content? That would be pretty handy.

isn't it simillar to youtube? where you just download the flv basically? or if its an swf, you just save as and for youtube videos and such, i use a nice firefox plugin called unplug

yeah, you download the flv file. There used to be a website where you could paste a url and it would give you a link to the flv, but it has since stopped working. "Free Download Manager" also had a flv download feature, but that has also stopped working for me.
