One of the NF4 Ultra boards? They're not really new anymore, but they should have everything you need. They do have different numbers of PCI slots depending on the manufacturer and the PCIE configuration. I bought this board a while back and it's been great so far. It has 1 16X PCIE slot, 4 PCI, 2x GigE, decent onboard audio and supports up to 8 SATA drives. The chipset has active cooling, but I think the fan is removable. Mine started making a bit of noise at full speed after a few months, but I tried using one of these to run it at a lower speed, which works very well.

I've got three PCs' running now, MSI pent 4 551 hyper, The ASUS I have posted and a Gateway. I like the Asus best. I can OC the MSI more but I think that is the chip. Asus and MSI both Micro ATX, have flashable bios, sata , onboard vid and sound. (asus has 7.1) front panel audio, usb. Both are nice but Asus is much better as to manuals and documentation, and online support pages. Asus has PCIE 16, MSI AGP 4x/8x. Whatever you decide be sure to see the online support first. I don't read chinese and MSI's english can be Confucius!

(forgive me the Gateway, It was part of my learning curve!!)

Ah hahahaha.rofl

I know what you mean, MSI is not a bad board, but the support and info is sketchy at best. I have the AsusP5P800 and love it.I'll be replacing it soon in favor of PCIe16X.

I'm also favoring Asus over all the other boards I've installed.
