Mozilla Thunderbird backup from windows to linux

I've always used my windows pc to do email. I use Thunderbird. I want to backup my email, contacts, etc.. on my windows pc and transfer everything to my linux pc. I've used mozbackup but that's only windows based. Any ideas?

You can just copy the stuff out of the applications folder thats hidden in your Documents and Settings folder and paste it into the linux one.
