I am having a video issue.
I have a Toshiba Satellite A45-S151 Laptop running XP with the following specs:
Memory - 1gig
Hard Drive - 100gig
Imbeded video - Intel 82852GM/82855GME with 64mb
Processor - P4 2.8ghz

Every time I run SW Battlefront I get the following errors:
"No TnL detected" & "ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working"
I had a video patch that allowed me to run the game but cannot not find it online now.
Does anyone know what I can do to get the video up to par or does anyone know if I can get a new MB in with better graphics?

No upgrades in laptops besides memory, HD, and optical units. In the newer ones you can add a wireless card in the mini PCI slot and/or install devices in the PCMCIA slots (although there are not that many devices available and nothing comes close to a Vid card upgrade).
Unfortunately in laptops the only way to upgrade is to buy a new rig...

Regarding the patch, sorry, I'm not much of a gamer so I can't help you here...

You're the real thing,

some laptops allow you to upgrade the videocard, but I doubt it's the case here. Because you have integrated graphics I also doubt there's any recent drivers than the supplied ones that came with laptop/xp...

best bet is probably browsing some battlefront forums and looking for patches.

"did i listen to pop music because i was miserable, or was i miserable because i listened to pop music?"

ward is fucking awesome.
