nvm It's fixed.. intel actually e-mailed me the info I needed to know.

"The following table illustrates the appropriate jumper settings:
Mode
Jumper Position
Function

Normal Pins 1-2 shorted Normal operation and changing standard BIOS options
Configure Pins 2-3 shorted Modify passwords, memory latencies, and IRQs
Recover Open The BIOS attempts to recover default BIOS configuration from a diskette. SPD system memory must be used to complete a BIOS recovery.

I just threw it onto pins 2-3 and removed the password

it might just be the common master password so just look up what it is for your mobo
