Im using my msn messanger and I get a mail message and I click it and it opens IE, same thing with my yahoo messanger.

How do I make it so it only uses Firefox. Thank you

There be an option in the first section of your preferences in Firefox to make it your default browser. If that doesn't work in your system's Internet preferences there should be the same option.

Ok I got Yahoo messanger to do it that way, but msn still is opening ie

Using trillian, never used it before but it does what I like

I've started using Pidgin for all my IMing...I don't know what browser it opens though...never got a link via IM...

Pidgin should use the system default. It sounds like Messenger is just a toolbag that MS forced to use IE so they could push their browser.

Sevendust, how do you like Trillian so far? If you're digging it you should find a torrent for their next version Astra, I managed to score a legit beta test version and it's what I use when I'm booted into Vista.
