I'm having a hard time understanding what you wrote...but I think I have an idea.

If you're going to use a house-fan on your case, don't start removing fans from CPU/Video heatsinks. Blowing an outside fan in your case, at most, is just for better internal airflow and shouldn't substitute fans on the respective heatsink.

Oh yeah, and be prepared for more dust if you go this route.

That allowed my old Tbird 1ghz to hit 1.5ghz. Though, I think that might have been the mobo's fault. Not being able to handle FSB above 150.

Same here. I could only do 1.2ish with the side panel on...


Its a great idea, just leave the heatsink on.
