| | Good 2d animation software? | permalink #1 |
| Tweak Minion | Can anyone reccomend good (open source preferably) 2d image animation software? I will mostly use it to cut out segments of TV recordings that I have in WMV form on my computer to make gifs from. I remember they had one piece of software that would let you highlight anywhere on your desktop, even if it was a video window, and it would save that as video when you press record. That was a very good piece of software, but I forgot the name of it. | |
