| Tweak Minion | I guess I can google a list, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good free dialup service. My friend can't afford internet ATM, and I need to get him a simple internet connection for a low-end HTPC I'm throwing together for him so it can download program guide data. Can anyone recommend one? |

| Resident Cynic | Juno.com Juno Internet Service Provider of Free and High Speed Dial Up Internet Access ISP There's a lot of free dialup, but Juno is still a name I recognize, so I'd say it's the safest for him to try using. |

| Tweak Minion | haha ya i remember all those free dial-ups that would put the ads on the screen. my parents had AOL for as long as I could remember and I refused to use them so I just used free netzero or free bluelight. |
