KisMAC 0.21a - MacUpdate - KisMac. This is the best tool for scanning wireless locations. It seems to find networks better then the stock OS X wireless detector.

Adium - Download - Adium. The ultimate chat program. Nothing touches it in performance and looks.

Remote Desktop Connection for Mac - Remote Desktop Connection. If you need to connect to a Windows machine, this software does it.

ipoddisk - Google Code - iPodDisk. Recovery music off your iPod.

HandBrake - HandBrake. Great for ripping DVDs to avi/mp4/iPod whatever.

Chocolatay.com - Car Companion. A logging tool for your car.

Post other ones as well in the same fashion, and could the mods sticky this, I'm gonna be constantly adding more.
