Could anybody help? I am hoping to update my Dell Dimension 8200, I have a new ATX case w/ 450watt psu on the way,
and a ATI Radeon 9800xt w/ Artic-Cooling3. I would love to update my MOBO to something that has 8x AGP and is overclockable! The Processor is a P4 2.8 Northwood w/ 533fsb . can this processor run at 800fsb or is that a different Processor? I curently have 1.25GB of RDRAM pc800 @40ns
Thanks for any help!

The hardest part about your upgrade is finding a motherboard that supports that P4 and rd memory.

And my guess is that dell mobo is a custom mobo and might not fit in a standard atx case.

Yeah, that's a good board but what did you have before? It doesn't sound like much of an upgrade.

I've found that one of the first parts to go from a dell is the hard drive, they ship most of them with shittyest ones that they can get their hands on.

I make myself laugh.
