Creating a proxy page

I know someone here had their own proxy website where you would enter in the url in a box and the page would "translate" it bypassing any local security settings.

How can I create this myself?

First, you'll need a host that will let you run CGI scripts. Once you have that download CGI Proxy and install it on your webspace.

That's pretty much all there is to it. I have one set up on my webspace just in case. I think it works really really well.

Hmm, that's what I want, now I just have to figure out how to install cgi on my clark connect box or my win2k box.
