Ok so I recorded a VHS tape onto my Comp. It plays fine as an MPEG. When I go to burn it it burns fine, no errors or anything. Then I go to play it and its choppy as hell. OMG it is choppy. Is there a way to make it as smotth on a DVD as it is on the VHS? I have tried Nero Vision Express, and TMPEGenc DVD Author but to no success.....please help. Thanks.
