| Junior Member | hey all, i'm looking at purchasing some data recovery software for work. god only knows theres a ton of products to choose from. who has the best product and features out there? thanks! | |

 Fecal Funsies! | ive had great success with getdataback for fat or ntfs its kind of confusing to use, but once you get the hang of it you can pull files from years and years ago. i was able to pull pictures from a carshow 3 years ago, i took and deleted from my hdd that had been partitioned and reformatted alot | |

 Member | I have also had great success with GetDataBack for NTFS/FAT. Data Recovery Software - File System Utilities A feature I love about it is their plugin for Bart PE. You can read about Bart PE and find the GetDataBack plugin here. Bart's Preinstalled Environment (BartPE) bootable live windows CD/DVD Being able to run data recovery from a bootable CD is a great time saver - especially on laptops. You can boot from the CD and save directly to a USB drive, this saves you the hassle of having to remove the laptop drive =D | |
