Free space

c: \ 1.05GB
d: \ 5.90GB
e: \ 5.71GB

I changed the temp dir to E: \ TEMP seems to have worked fine, its just when I run the BF2 patcher im still getting this;

Any idea why its saying I'm out of space? plenty spare :/

Ok, let me think.

clear the temp directory (again), uninstall all unused shit, um how big are your drives any ways.

if you have a nvidia card delete C:\Nvidia\ if you havent all ready.

Put your porn onto a DVD.

Have you tried using winrar to extract the contents of the exe so that it doesn't ry to extract itself.

I Just got a 400GB drive so thats 80+250+200+160+400, hey im over a TB! Yea i said that just to be a bastard.

I make myself laugh.

I have bad news and not so great news. As most of you, part of the way I make my living is as a build engineer. Our largest competitor is InstallShield. Frankly, their software sucks. Some moron at EA hard-coded the game to check the C drive. This is easily done by accident in InstallShield products, but it's very common and any build engineer with half a brain should have caught it. The not so great news - Unfortuantely your only option is to install to the C drive.

Oh yeah and buy the game ya cheap ass.
