8gig usb flash drive

No gimmicks, its about double the size of the actuall usb port on it!

I saw a customer today from hong kong and he whipped it out, I was just stunned. He was one of our corporate guys who buys a shitload of stuff, and he was telling us how he got it in japan for like 12$USD! lol. Obviously stolen he said, but the guy had quite a few in his shop.

I didn't believe him and I asked him to plug it in, even though it said that it was 8gigs on the side with the sony logo. We popped it in the PC and he already had 4gigs on there and it said 4 gigs free! WOW!

So I checked the net and found this link

Obviously they exist, and they work. Pretty cool huh? I never thought that they would make 8gigs so early in the tech industry for such a price.

there are a few out there. transcend, lacie, pretec and a couple others. although lacie's isnt a thumb type drive.

I've seen others as well, but not nearly as small as the one that i posted. They're usually small encasments, like half the size of a pack of canadian cigarrettes.

anyways, cool none the less. I wish I could go over there and pick up a couple for 12$
