How about QUAD SLI?! Alienware has announced the release of a quad SLI system. I have never been a fan of Alienware prices, but they certainly know how to build a PC.
Quote:
Alienware’s Aurora ALX systems are now available with groundbreaking new technology from NVIDIA, Quad SLI, to harness the power of four GPUs into one system. Backed by Quad SLI technology, four NVIDIA GeForce GPUs work together to form one image, enabling extreme high definition resolutions up to 2560x1600 and the smoothest frame rates possible while playing the hottest games.
The default configuration costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $6900. That's pocket change for most of us, right?

Available today at Alienware.com.

Absurd, but an amazing piece of technology for sure.

I think Dell built something like that and it was going to sell for around 7K as well. I think they debuted it at CES.

I was impressed by their system too. That thing is going to be a beast. My only worry is overheating.

I have a case like that, but better.
