Some ads!

That fricken "daybreak" ad is taking over my screne! What's with that crap?
I can't even navigate the forum.

Yeah, I'm having issues with the site today too. REALLY slow (more so than usual lately) and lots of hangs.

It's that damn advetisement for "Daybreak". it's highjacking the site.

I haven't seen it yet but I will block it as soon as I do. Sorry guys.

If you see it, right click the ad and choose Copy Shortcut. Then paste the link in a reply to this thread or PM it to me so I can block it. If it's a Flash Ad you may have to view the HTML source to copy/paste the link.

Is the site only running slow when this ad is showing?

Yup. It doesn't run slow as much as it doesn't run at all.

Does the ad show around the site in any particular area, what does the ad do. Can you take a screenshot or describe it better. I mean, i can disable the adframe there until dan figures out how to block that specific ad, but youre the only one I know with an issue. What browser are you using?

I had to uninstall 'flash' player activeX control so I could even post this.

I will check it out with ie7, but it looks purely an issue with that.

I disabled all ads from abc.com -- this should fix the issue. It may take a few hours for the block to take effect.

Thanx, that was frustrating. I had to keep restarting my browser until I totally removed Flash player.
