Ars Technica has taken a look at the 2nd generation iPod Nano that was released last week. It compares the Nano with last year's slightly larger model and offers a full range of stress tests to verify the unit's durability, including a drop-test and journey through a washing machine. Overall the new model is not as durable as the old, but the screen and case are harder to scratch and it offers excellent battery life. Read the article here.
