We've had an increase of newbies asking for invites to torrent sites or Carfax and the general consensus seems to be that these should be for established members.

Could we create a subforum or forum for handouts (not sure how permissions on vbulletin work) that is only visible to registered members and/or with above a certain post count? (200 maybe?)

I try not to create too many subforums because it divides up the forum and people never use them. I like the permissions idea, and that could be set up pretty easily. I will try to think of a better solution than a subforum for this type of section... I just don't know how popular it'd be.
