| Chief Webologist | It was made by a guy that used to design routers for Cisco. He started with an Aerial Atom kit and added an electric motor (usually the Aerial Atom is powered by a Honda 4-cylinder with a supercharger). <a href=http://money.cnn.com/2006/05/04/technology/business2_wrightspeed/>Check it out here</a>. There's even a video of it breaking off a 360 Spyder at Infineon Raceway. From the gap it beats the Ferrari by, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a 10 second car. Pretty spiffy, even if it doesn't kill trees and set off the neighbor's car alarm when it's started. |

| Not Just Handsome | Thats awesome. I saw on tv a loooong time ago an old 70's or 80's toyota modified with an electric engine completely womp on a ViperGTS. It's the torque, isnt it? |

| Chief Webologist | Dunno the torque specs, but electric motors make insane torque usually. The best reason that car is so fast is the weight, though. Aerial Atoms weigh under 1200 lbs. |
