i lived, some of the shit there was funny as hell. One day our company commander caught a kid looking out the windows in the galley, he made the kid look out the window thru his cups like they were binocculars. then he asking him if his shipmates were laughing at him, he replied with "sir i can not tell thru the cups." All of us were trying not to laugh.

One day our Lead CC got greeted improperly by some recruits in a different company. He stopped them, and said "did you have lunch?"
"yes, chief keplinger"
"Then why did you greet me with good morning"
"Belay my last, good afternoon Chief Keplinger"
"Oh what is this your lock (lock is on the out side of his back pack), look its unsecured, comes right off"
Then he pulled it off and threw it over the building.

Theres other things that i can't remember.

I can actually say that i came back as an adult, its friggin wierd.

coast guard bootcamp is second to the Marines boot camp as far as the physical part.

but shit like that happens in all the branches boot camps. some of things that happen are just funny as hell. but you just cant laugh, unless you wanna get killed. sometimes its just worth it though.

brings back memories.

Coast Guard boot camp is #2 to the marines in physical and #1 in mental, because the companies are so small.

Only thing that sucks is when im on a cutter or at school or at a LORAN station i can't torrent, and those are the 3 friggin things that i want to do.

Im glad to be back, now i just gotta wait for my porn to extract.

oh and i came up with a good quote (goes for you Navy guys too) "i'm a seamen, we go port to port."

I've seen what some of the training involves up at camp Rileah on the Mouth of the Columbia River......oh shit! You going to get to explore that one? Welcome back And thanx for choosing US Coastguard. We need you.
