I had a Goose Island, 1 Jack and coke, and 2 Bacardi and cokes. I experienced the worst Heart Burn ever, i stuck my finger down my throat to stop the pain.

I make myself laugh.

If that's the worse pain you've ever felt, you've got a long road ahead. :P

Off topic, but is the text on your website supposed to be black on a grey background? It's barely readable.

At the time yes thats what it felt like, i've drank a lot more than that and not had any problems but that hurt like a SOB.

Open it in IE and it will show up properly, i don't know why it doesn't work in FF, and the site is about a year over due for a upgrade.

I make myself laugh.

The worst I've felt is like 8 shots of Stroh while I was getting sick, my throat hurt so bad for like 4 day I couldn't eat or drink. I couldn't even keep down water. That sucked.

HD makers 1GB= 1,000,000,000
Everyone Else 1GB=1,073,741,824 bytes
So the drive is claimed to be 200GB, but its really not.

Sounds like a rough day trunkz

I make myself laugh.

yea maybe a few mb, it doesnt take up anywhere near a gb

he was giving him shit because he brags about his hard drive sizes using the windows method of measuring as opposed to hard drive manufacturers method. obviously....

and i was giving you shit because that slipped by you, and also because you suggested formatting a hard drive eats up 10% of its space.

I always use the manufacturer's description, which Miller has backwards I think. For example Western Digital calls my drive "320GB", when in fact they format and are reported in Windows to be 298GB. So Windows uses the 1024 measure, and the manufacturers use 1000. Right?

Yes. You can easily check Windows uses the correct 1024 bytes == 1 kilobyte by creating a 1024 byte file and looking at it's properties. It's also easy to find HD manufacturers confirming that they use 1000 bytes. For example: http://maxtor.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/m...hp?p_faqid=546

I always thought that. But recently in my computer organization/assembly class, I was told that the size differences are due to formatting data in between the individual sectors. There's small gaps in between each sector which contain formatting specification, size and position, etc.

Hey, somebody has those 320GB drives on sale this week for $129 by the way. I was thinking about buying a third one.
