So, since I was home for a month and then getting into a new semester back at school, I haven't really been to the gym much since mid-December. I went tonight after work even though it was raining and I didn't really want to go, and I'm in an incredibly amazing mood right now. Maybe it was the music, maybe it was just all the awesome feedback you get at Crunch, idk. I even jogged a few blocks out of my way in the rain coming home.

Does anyone else just get amazingly euphoric after exercising, or should I probably seek help

Step one: Cut a hole in a box.

Welcome to my world. This year I hit my 4 year anniversary of working out religiously. If I miss a workout or two I feel like total shit, and end up doing a double or triple to get caught up. Even when I’m sick I can’t skip…

Let me know when you develop that irregular heartbeat, ok? Srsly though, don't do that.

As for me, I'm a lazy bastard. I need someone to kick my ass if I'm going to excersize. Where'd I put my skittles?

I miss working out and getting that high.

My parents just got a treadmill and I was excited. Then I tried it out and it sucked so we're sending it back and getting another one. Gotta wait some more.

I have a 7-940pm class 4 days a week and if I don't go to the gym before class I won't be able to stay awake and pay attention like I do on a good gym high.

Ah-haha.

Endorphins.

I want to get back into a workout routine, one of the unofficial New Years Resolutions I suppose. Kind of hard though, seeing as my "gym" is the place I work at, so it doesn't offer so much of an escape.

Yeah I love working out. I work out at least 3 times a week. I'm basically working on my upper body. My friends and I go. We actually have work out sheets that tell us what to do. I can see an increase in muscle's too, which is why I kick myself to go. I have class from 7-4 everyday and I have night study that is from 6-8. So, my schedule is pretty full, and I still work out a lot.

i need to stop being so lazy and get at the gym more. I try to get there but im just tired from work, or to lazy to get off the couch. Would think paying 45 a month would be enough motivation to get there.

I tired the gym membership thing and just couldn't stick with it long term. 6 months or so was about the maximum I could maintain. Packing your gear, driving to the gym, changing clothes. putting your things in a locker, waiting in line for the equipment, taking a shower, driving home, etc. It takes forever!

So in 2002 I went out and bought a nice magnetic exercise bike and some free weights. and the next year I bought my Bowflex clone. Take this morning for example. I poured some coffee and came downstairs for a relaxing morning, and have been doing sets now and then, and I'm nearly done. It's taken virtually no time out of my day...

I love New York.. the gym I belong to has one location less than a minute away, one less than 3 mins away, and two less than 15 mins. Plus I usually jog to and from. Having no car ftw.

i'm the opposite, if i have workout equipment at my house i get lazy and dont do it. i joined a gym the day after xmas last year. i've been going about 6-7 days a week. its open 24/7, great equipment "except the speedbag someone broke and they havent replaced yet those bastards" huge pool, slides, a lazy river, hot tub, wet and dry sauna, the list goes on. god i'd live there if i could. anyways i love working out and go there with friends, its fun
