| Has Absolutely no life | So when im working out i've been getting a cramp in the same spot, and i don't know why. I walk for 10 minutes to get warmed up, the i do a decent jog (6mph) for 10 mins, walk (4.0-4.5) for 5, then jog/run (7.0+), then i walk for 5, then i run (6.0-10.0 depends on how i feel) for 10; all this is up a incline of 1.0. Recently when i hit the final run i have been getting this nasty cramp that kills my right side where my ribs meet the soft part and it has caused me to slow down massivley and i can't figure out why. At first i thought it was because i was running after dinner and it hadn't happened before when i ran in the afternoon. Today i went running at 2pm and it still happened. Any suggestions as to how to stop it. |

| Globe Trekker | Eat a banana or other source of potassium. If you're not taking multivitamins I would advise you start. |

| FOGO | try and relax the muscles in area where it hurts, sometimes people run all tight which causes cramping |
