good points mean crap in the legal system...its all about the $$$ and who can keep things tied up in court until the other person runs out of funds

Sitting in a courtroom is basically free, but if the opposing counsel keeps things tied up, or worse, thrown out of court because you're too ignorant to object you're screwed. You'd need a qualified lawyer, and in most cases you would need an expert lawyer because the rich companies can afford to hire the best. It's like any other contest - the team with the most money often wins (aka the Yankees).

u think if she asked the pirating world for donations, they would help fund her fight against the RIAA? or would it not make sense since their based on the idea of not paying?
