| Dont mess with old school | It's been a while since I've seen any threads regarding the race so I thought I'd create one to see what every one is thinking. Personally, I think Hillary knows she has lost and in order to keep the bush/clinton dream alive she is setting up obama to fail miserably against mccain. Yeah I know I sound like mistawiskas but seriously has there ever been a candidate that completely sold out another candidate from their own party just to win a nomination (at least to the same degree Hillary is doing to obama)? We all know that Hillary actually endorsed mccain over obama previously this year and we know from her various colleagues and the press that they are both good friends. Also whats everyones take on the dream prez and vp (of the candidates that have a chance)? I vote for obama/powell! |

| Lord Of Porn | I don't know if I would go as far as Hilary just staying in just so Obama does not win. I think she is just hoping for some kind of bombshell that comes out about Obama that will somehow net her more delegates than him and/or she getting enough super delegates to surpass his total delegate count. This is without a doubt the most disgusting and ruthless thing someone can do but it is not the most far fetched idea in politics and really she does have the right to say in but not at the expensive of jepordizing any democrat from reaching the white house, which is what she is currently doing. Obama is getting attacked on two fronts, from Clinton and McCain and he is still winning. I am dying to see the day when Hilary officially ends the day she runs for office, I can not wait to see her face and make no mistake, that day will come. |

| outside the box! | We have absolutely nobody to vote for. This election is the biggest insult to the American people in all of history. It's nothing more than a test to see how far we can be stretched before breaking and I don't like it one bit. Next time Bozo The Clown is running against FozzyBear and Yogi, because we prooved we'll put up with this shit. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Globe Trekker | I think Clinton honestly believes she can still win. Neither have enough votes to clinch it before the convention, and unless one really pulls ahead of the other I think it's going to go at least very close to convention time. One thing is for sure, the continued fighting and fracturing is bad for the Democratic party. And Obama has been shooting himself in the foot quite a bit. First there was the Wright controversy, that alienated non-black voters. And trust me, people have not forgotten. And now he's stuck his foot in his mouth regarding small towns, gun ownership, and religion: Quote:
Again, we can debate what he really meant but he pissed off quite a few people with one statement. Very efficient! Pandering to the folks in San Francisco cost him votes in the last major battleground state remaining. Good going dumb ass.

| ¡pɹɐpuɐʇs ploƃ | Clinton is a miserable Cunt (note the capital 'c') who is doing what she can to destroy Obama not only to try to get the nomination but because if Obama gets the nod he's got a good chance to lose to McCain then. Which is good for Hillary because in 4 years she's still young enough to run and run a campaign against 12 years of Republican fuckups. I hope Obama wins, he's young, his ideals are closer to America under 50 than McCain's (and arguably more in touch than Clinton) and we need a fresh breath of air into our political system. |

| Not Just Handsome | I haven't been following it too closely but from what I've seen it looks like Clinton is out but just saving face. I hope McCain doesn't win because he just seems out of touch and in denial about the war. That leaves Obama. He seems like a more sound approach and a nice change (yea, the magic word, huh?). He'd be a change from Republicans and a change from Clinton Democrats. He seems like the best choice so far. |

on the streets, the average joe (or joe-ette if you swing that way Out of the three top candidates, none are going to make a real difference. so i may just vote for the biggest fresh breath of air available. Hell of a thing to base winning a presidency on, but just look at our choices. Next term, I may just vote for Yogi.

| The Democrats have done as they've done so well for many decades now; never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity, and cheerfully shooting themselves in both feet. We need Dr. Frankenstein, to resurrect Dwight D. Eisenhower, so we can have an effective President... |

| Lord Of Porn | The superdelegates have the power to end this but they are ball-less. It is quite unfair for clinton to start with about 200 or so supers before anyone started voting in any primary, that says a lot seeing as she has only risen to 249 and obama started with something like 90 or so supers before any primaries and is now at 223 or something. |

| con de | Rack another one up to the brilliance of the GOP machine which I'm not a part of. They saw a four-way mud wrestling tourney coming up and they said "Mitt, buddy you gotta bow out for the good of the party", and he did. They are killing each other and the victor will lose his/her votes to McCain in the end. |
